Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf, University Hospital of the Brandenburg Medical School Theodor Fontane, is an acute and standard care hospital with 456 beds and the specialist departments of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care, Surgery, Trauma Surgery and Orthopaedics, Gynaecology and Obstetrics, Internal Medicine, Neurology and Pain Medicine, Paediatrics and Adolescent Medicine, Palliative Medicine, Psychiatry and Psychotherapy and Psychosomatic Medicine. The clinic also includes a neurological and psychiatric day clinic and a psychiatric outpatient clinic in Rüdersdorf, Fürstenwalde and Strausberg.
Every year, around 800 employees treat around 44,000 inpatients and outpatients.

Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf is a certified clinic and colorectal cancer centre in accordance with ISO 9001:2015, has a certified stroke unit, is a participant in the "Clean Hands Campaign" with a gold certificate and "Clinic with Diabetes in Mind". The clinic's modern equipment includes the "da Vinci" robot-assisted operating system. In cooperation with the Sana Gottesfriede Woltersdorf Hospital, the clinic is certified as a geriatric trauma centre (ATZ).

The hospital is a base for "Specialised Outpatient Palliative Care" (SAPV) as well as a certified training centre for urogynaecology, a centre for endoscopic gynaecology, a centre for family and child-oriented obstetrics, a perinatology centre and is also home to the Rüdersdorf prenatal diagnostics centre (DEGUM ll).

The immediately adjacent Rüdersdorf Polyclinic with its 15 specialist and general practitioner surgeries as well as the medical and paediatric on-call practices of the KV on site complete the professional integration of inpatient and outpatient care for the region.

Immanuel Klinik Rüdersdorf forms the University Hospital of the Brandenburg Medical School (MHB) in association with Immanuel Klinikum Bernau Herzzentrum Brandenburg, the Ruppiner Kliniken and the Brandenburg an der Havel University Hospital.
