Due to the continuing high incidences, the Friedrich-Wilhelm-von-Reden Library and its branches will remain closed from 1 April 2021 until further notice.
The book lock at the main branch of the library (Straße der Jugend 32, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin) will be reopened for contactless book lending. Please note the following information:
- Media orders can be placed by telephone, email or via the pre-order function of the online catalogue.
- The pre-ordered media will be made available in the anteroom of the library at an agreed time.
- Borrowed media will be automatically renewed until regular opening hours resume.
- The return of books and magazines via the bin provided is without guarantee.
- CDs, DVDs, Tonie audio figures, media packs and games will only be accepted after the resumption of regular opening hours due to their specific nature and will be extended until then.
- Access to the agreed appointment is only permitted for 1 person at a time.
The use of our e-media offer in the online library MOL is possible without restrictions. A simplified new registration to use the e-media service can be made by telephone or e-mail.
