The Strausberg-Erkner water board announced on its websitethat the boiling recommendation for the districts of Herzfelde and Lichtenow has been cancelled. The same applies to the boiling recommendation for large parts of the district of Hennickendorf.

"Cancellation of the boiling recommendation and partial cancellation of the boiling order
In agreement with the MOL health authority, the boiling recommendation for the districts of Herzfelde and Lichtenow in the municipality of Rüdersdorf and the municipality of Rehfelde is cancelled with immediate effect.
The boiling order is cancelled for large parts of the district of Hennickendorf.
ATTENTION:
For the area of Berliner Straße in Hennickendorf (Berliner Straße, Schwarzer Weg, An den Meisterhäusern, Wohnpark am Stienitzsee, Lindenweg, Neuburger Ring, Bergstraße, Fischerweg, Am Robinienhain, Alte Glockengießerei, Ringstraße and Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz) , the boil order still applies, i.e. the requirement to boil water for drinking, preparing food and treating open wounds. It is safe to use the water for showering, bathing or washing clothes, for example.
This means that drinking water can be used again without restriction in almost all areas, with the exception of the area of Berliner Straße in Hennickendorf as mentioned above.
For taps that have not been used for a long time, please let the water run until it reaches an even temperature.
