Training to become a youth leader - JULEICA in Märkisch-Oderland

Another youth leader training programme will take place in Märkisch-Oderland in September:

The youth leader card (Juleica) is the standardised nationwide ID card for volunteers in youth work. It serves to legitimise the holder and as proof of qualification.

The training in Märkisch - Oderland
The training in Märkisch - Oderland is commissioned by the MOL Youth Welfare Office and is organised by the Kreis- Kinder- und Jugendring MOL e.V. and its partners. The training takes place over three weekends at the Drei Eichen environmental centre. Participation in all three weekends, as well as an overnight stay at the centre, is a prerequisite for successful completion of the training. The Juleica is aimed at volunteers in clubs and initiatives aged 16 and over who look after children and young people during holidays and leisure time.

Training courses for youth wardens from fire brigades in MOL
In addition to the regular Juleica training courses, fire brigades in the district of MOL have the opportunity to qualify their youth wardens through and with the KKJR team.
We have designed and trialled a forty-hour module for this purpose. The training courses take place on their premises by arrangement with the fire brigades, and youth wardens also have the opportunity to take part in the regular Juleica.

Dates 2022
Module 1 2 - 4 September I Module 2 16 - 18 September I Module 3 30 September - 2 October

The third module is also aimed at holders of the Juleica card. They have the opportunity to "refresh"
topics and learn new knowledge, such as an introductory course in
wilderness education. Refreshing the Juleica card after three years is compulsory in order to maintain the validity of the card
. In the past eight years, the KKJR MOL e.V. has already qualified more than 100 youth leaders
and been able to inspire them for the exciting work with children and
young people!

We offer you the opportunity to refresh your Juleica as part of the third training module, i.e. from 30 September to 2 October.
We look forward to seeing you!
