Press release 33/2023 of the district of Märkisch-Oderland

Anyone wishing to make changes to a monument entered in the state monument list, or to an object whose monument value has been recognised but whose entry in the monument list is still being processed, requires a monument permit in advance.
This includes, in particular, modernisation, repair or restoration measures, but also the planned demolition of existing buildings as well as new construction projects and development measures in ground monuments, protected monument areas and the surroundings of monuments.
The procedure for issuing a heritage permit is now available online on the Märkisch-Oderland district website.
The online service can be accessed directly via the Märkisch-Oderland district website
