The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin has to regularly retender the catering for the schools. From 1 January 2021, there will be a new provider for lunchtime catering at the primary and secondary schools in Rüdersdorf, the primary school "Am Stienitzsee" and the associated after-school care centre in Hennickendorf.
From this date, the company Sunshine Catering Service GmbH will take over the delivery of lunches. The food is prepared in the kitchen in Hoppegarten and delivered to the facilities.
The monthly menus are available approx. 4 weeks before the start of the month. Registration and ordering meals is quick and easy online at www.sunshine-catering.de. After registering, parents receive the access data for the online portal.
In principle, all parents or legal guardians have the option of registering as individual or regular customers at any time. In the case of standing orders, "Menu 1" is always selected via the automatic default setting until the final order is placed in the portal, so that a meal is always available for the child.
Cancellations or changes to orders can be made conveniently online, by telephone or by e-mail until 12:00 noon on weekdays, always one day in advance by calling the service hotline. Cancellations for the same day can - in the event of illness - be made by 8 a.m. by email or by calling the service hotline:

Billing is carried out directly by the provider. The municipal subsidy of € 0.50 per schoolchild is charged directly.
The Sodexo company continues to provide breakfast and snacks in the after-school care centre. The parents of the after-school children do not incur any additional costs for this.
