The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin has to regularly put the catering in our municipal daycare centres out to tender. According to the current tender, the provision of breakfast, lunch and snacks will continue to be provided by Sodexo.
From 1 January 2021, however, the billing of lunch provision in the municipal daycare centres of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin will change.
In future, the billing of lunch meals will be carried out directly by the municipal administration. It will not be necessary to register with the meal provider. The parents or authorised persons do not have to worry about anything. The daycare centre will continue to order the food delivery. If a child does not attend the daycare centre, it must be signed out at the daycare centre by 7:30 am.
In future, parents or authorised persons will receive a separate monthly statement of meal costs from the municipal administration. In accordance with the daycare centre contribution statutes of 7 May 2019, parents pay €1.90 per lunchtime meal. No parental contribution is payable for meals with breakfast and snacks.
The first meal allowance statement will be issued in February 2021 for January 2021 and then regularly for the previous month. It is possible to issue a direct debit authorisation with the first statement.
