Many interested people came on Friday, 23 September, to witness the ceremonial opening of the 4th historical tour in the district of Herzfelde. There are already three of these historical tours in the municipality.
The head of the village, Mrs Soballa, gave a brief outline of the work that goes into the preparation and creation of such a plaque. With a total of 17 boards, it was a lot of work, with a lot of hard work and time spent. In the end, however, everyone involved was satisfied with the result and is now hoping for lively interest from the local residents.
Afterwards, members of the local history association were able to guide visitors through a section of the tour and tell them more about the history and historical buildings of Herzfeld.
