The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin is continuing its application campaign with fast-track applications. Following the successful launch of the test phase for two positions in the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin at the end of January, the campaign is now being continued.
Under the slogan "Master of Morgenkreis", educational specialists are being sought for local daycare centres. The description continues : "Are you a true all-rounder: are you a dinosaur and unicorn expert, superhero and joker all in one? Do you enjoy making children's eyes light up? But do you also have a talent for drying tears and taming chaos? Then apply to be the guardian of the "Dwarf Land" for our four community-owned daycare centres.
In addition to the name and contact details of interested parties, they are only asked to provide their professional or academic qualifications and the earliest possible start date on a form.
The campaign will once again be accompanied by adverts on the municipality's Facebook and Instagram channels. The aim is to use a different and unusual approach to spontaneously persuade interested people to apply to the municipality with just two clicks, without the need for a CV or cover letter. All in all, the application is promised to take less than 3 minutes. Once the form has been submitted, the municipality's HR department contacts you immediately and organises an interview.
In the first test phase of the quick application, significantly more applications were received than with the previous application and advert formats.
