Back in Rüdersdorf after 77 years - Presentation of picture in library

A picture was handed over today in our Friedrich Wilhelm von Reden Library. The picture comes from the Räthel family, who moved away from Rüdersdorf in 1945. As a descendant, Mrs Träger-Möller, who now lives in Soest, contacted our library around a year ago and offered to donate the picture to the library. The picture shows Erich Räthel's watchmaker's shop in Redenstraße, which continued to exist until the buildings were demolished.
In future, the picture will be hung directly in the entrance area of the library, where it can be admired by all visitors.
