As the full-time mayor of the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin and also the sole shareholder representative of Museums- und Kultur GmbH, I dismissed the Managing Director Mr Roderik Daul with effect from today and gave him notice of termination in due time. Mr Daul has been released from his duties until the end of the notice period. The new interim managing director with immediate effect is Mr Jörn Dahms. Mr Dahms is also Managing Director of Rüdersdorfer Wohnungsbaugesellschaft, among others. The position will be re-advertised.
I would like to thank Mr Daul for his work. The employees will be informed tomorrow morning.
All planned activities, such as the Rüdersdorf Christmas market on the 2nd weekend in Advent, will of course take place.
