Due to the current coronavirus situation, the 15th meeting of the municipal council of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin will be held as an audio meeting on 17 December 2020 at 6:30 pm. The members of the municipal council will meet in a telephone conference. The municipal representatives will receive the access data for this separately by courier.
Representatives of the press and radio as well as the interested public can follow the meeting simultaneously at the original meeting venue, the auditorium of the Rüdersdorf primary and secondary school, Brückenstraße 79A, 15562 Rüdersdorf bei Berlin. There will be an audio transmission to the auditorium. Attendees will be able to ask questions in the auditorium during the agenda item Citizens' Questions.
At the beginning of the meeting, the municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin will propose that agenda items 8, 10 to 15 and 23 to 26 be withdrawn and dealt with at the next regular meeting of the municipal council.
The meeting of the Environment, Transport and Climate Committee on 16 December 2020 has been cancelled.
