Due to renewed damage to the bridge joint, the speed limit on the Kalkgraben bridge in the town centre is currently reduced to 30 km/h. The cause must be determined before the bridge can be repaired. The bridge specialist responsible will inspect the bridge in mid-October 2023. Until then, the speed reduction will serve on the one hand to prevent further damage and on the other hand to minimise the noise pollution caused by the damage.
