From the end of January, the Rüdersdorf Friends of Local History will be organising a number of events that had been planned for a long time but had to be postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic. All details about the events will be published in good time in the events calendar on the municipality's website and in the Rüdersdorf-bei-Berlin app.
The events take place in the Martin-Andersen-Nexö cultural centre, Kalkberger Platz 31, 15562 Rüdersdorf near Berlin.
Admission to all events is free.
The following events are planned:
27.01.2023, 6 p.m. - 100 years of broadcasting in Germany
09.02.2023, 5 p.m. - Abraum - not just a side note
The Rüdersdorf film evenings will then follow as a new series.
In the first season, local historian Rudi Hahn will be showing some of his films and will also be available for an exchange of views. Films about Redenstraße and Heinitzsee will be included. Our local friend Wilfried Schubert will also be showing short current films of Rüdersdorf from a bird's eye view.
The whole event will take place in the main hall of the Kulturhaus. At tables of four, you can immerse yourself in Rüdersdorf's past with popcorn and drinks and professional cinema technology. The following dates are planned:
31 March 2023, 28 April 2023, 26 May 2023 and 23 June 2023
The film always starts at 19:00 and admission is free. The film titles will be announced in good time once the detailed planning has been completed.
