
Flagging days
The state of Brandenburg regulates the general flagging days in the state of Brandenburg in an administrative regulation. On these days, the offices of the state as well as the institutions and foundations under public law must fly the flag.
In addition, flags may be flown at the town halls on special occasions or events. The municipality of Rüdersdorf bei Berlin generally follows these flagging days.
In addition, the municipality is also free to fly special flags at the town hall on special occasions to make a statement. This is done, for example, during visits by city partners or on the Day against Homophobia on 17 May 2024. On these days, separate information will be provided about the occasion for flying the flag.
The flag of the municipality of Rüdersdorf near Berlin always flies above the entrance door.
